Modual A/C Systems, Inc. is a California mechanical-HVAC contractor established in 1984. Our core work is HVAC for modular building construction: setting equipment, running refrigerant lines, connecting crossover ducting between modules, and bringing systems through test, balance and commissioning.
We also serve commercial, school, government and residential clients, with completed work ranging from public-safety facilities and ports of entry to healthcare clinics, schools, hotels and multi-family housing.

Our core work since 1984. We provide factory and field HVAC for modular and relocatable classrooms, offices and other modular buildings, including DSA-reviewed school projects.
Variable refrigerant flow systems for new and existing buildings. We install Daikin VRV heat pumps and the piping that ties the system together, then bring it through startup.
Mechanical-HVAC for commercial buildings, public-safety facilities, ports of entry and other government projects. From rooftop equipment to tenant improvement work.
Replacement heating and air-conditioning systems for homes and multi-family buildings. We swap out aging equipment with new, properly installed systems.
Supply and return duct systems that move air where it is needed. We install both exposed architectural duct and concealed insulated duct.
Fresh air for occupied spaces. We install energy recovery equipment and the ventilation and exhaust systems that bring in outside air.
Ductless systems for spaces where running ductwork does not make sense. A good fit for offices, additions and individual rooms.
Getting new systems running right and keeping equipment in service. We handle startup on the systems we install and service rooftop and split-system equipment.
